Our Response to COVID-19
First and foremost, we hope you and your family are healthy, well-stocked, and safely hunkered down in your homes. As the situation with COVID-19 continues to evolve, we wanted to let you know what steps we’re taking to address safety concerns, without abandoning our clients. While we remain open for business, the safety and health of our clients, employees, and trade partners is our priority. Review the steps below that we’ve put in place to encourage health and safety.
- Any employee or trade partner who is experiencing coughing, body aches or a fever, or has been exposed to a sick person MUST stay home.
- Work will continue on all projects, at all phases, while it remains legal to do so, unless our clients specifically request otherwise.
- All office staff that are able to work remotely are doing so. This includes all project developers and designers.
- The few office staff that aren’t able to work remotely are keeping their distance from one another and disinfecting high touch areas regularly.
- All regularly scheduled team meetings are being held virtually.
- No employees or trade partners are permitted to use a bathroom inside a client’s home under any circumstances.
- All job sites are equipped with Porta Jon’s and stocked with hand sanitizer.
- All work areas, whenever possible, must be confined with plastic dust walls on all sides, in addition to standard dust protection.
- All HVAC must be shut off as soon as we arrive on site to stop the circulation of air between work areas and the rest of the home.
- We are limiting the number of people on site and staging our trade partners to the best of our ability to maintain social distance.
- All staff must remain at least 6′ from others and practice proper sanitation such as regular hand washing, coughing or sneezing into their elbows.
- All food and drinks must remain outside of the home or in a vehicle.
- Limit tool sharing, and regularly disinfect any tools that are shared.

Stuck at Home and Noticing it's Time for Some Updates?
If being stuck at home has taught us anything, it’s that our homes are crucial to our quality of life. And now, more than ever, the ways in which our homes are working against us have become abundantly clear. There’s no escaping or avoiding them. It’s time to flip the script. Whether you’re tempted to start demo on your own this weekend (please don’t!) or you know you’ll be ready for some improvements in the near future, now is the perfect time to start the planning process. An online consultation is the first step toward making a real plan and you don’t have to tidy up beforehand.
4. Discuss Process & Project
During the consultation, we’ll discuss the remodeling process so you’re informed, show you examples of what you can expect, take a virtual tour through your space via photos, and answer any questions you have for us. Mostly, we’ll be listening to your needs and desires and making suggestions
for how to address them.
Whether you decide to engage us right away or you need a little time to get your funding in order, you’ll feel prepared knowing you’ve got a customizable plan and a professional company to see you through every step. Ready to move forward? Once the design process begins, most design meetings can happen virtually as well, saving you time. Thanks to our digital design software you’ll be able to see a lifelike representation of your design while we fine-tune the details and material selections. Once we’ve narrowed down the selections, we can email you a goody-bag of samples to approve from the comfort of home or we can set up a time to meet in our design studio. The choice is yours.
