Small Bathroom Updates

Small Bathroom Updates

It’s not uncommon for our clients to want to save time and limit the inconvenience of construction by knocking out several projects at once. These small bathroom updates were no exception. This family had two areas in mind: their daughter’s bathroom and the powder room. Both suffered from basic builder-grade finishes and lacked personality and style. They didn’t require anything more than simple, cosmetic updates, but they made a world of difference. To keep the budget in-line for their daughter’s bathroom, the existing tub/shower combination remained as-is. A new porcelain tile floor and new vanities with extra drawer storage and antique mirror accent walls give the space an updated look and a glamorous feel that will grow with their daughter as she matures.

Spaces Included:

Belmont, NC

Project Scope:

Using beveled 3 x 6” antique mirror subway tile as accent walls behind the vanities reflect the maximum amount of light making the small space feel much larger.

Powder Room Updates

Powder rooms can easily be forgotten about when it comes to fabulous design, but because they’re so small, they provide a great opportunity to go outside your comfort zone and create something special for your guests. By going bold with something they’d be less likely to try in a larger bathroom, our clients were able to inject some much needed personality into their powder room design.

Chocolate, hand cut, chevron tile creates the focal wall behind the modern stainless steel console sink and protects the walls from errant water droplets. Industrial sconces paired with the beaded framed mirror add the finishing touches to bring this small bathroom up-to-date.
