Room to Grow in SouthPark

The project centered on a thoughtfully designed 450-square-foot addition that expanded both the functionality and livability of the home. This new space introduced a light-filled dining area, a spacious primary suite complete with a walk-in closet, and a screened porch that creates a seamless connection between the interior and the backyard. The addition also made room for a more practical layout, allowing for the inclusion of a dedicated laundry and mudroom, a walk-in pantry, and a conveniently located powder room. Within the primary suite, the expanded footprint provided space for a larger bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and a calming, nature-inspired palette that ties beautifully into the rest of the home.
