Sweet Sleepover Suite in Carmel

This project transformed the space into a functional and inviting bunk room designed for the homeowners’ 13-year-old son now and future grandchildren. Custom built-in bunk beds with full-size mattresses maximize sleeping space while cleverly concealing existing ceiling clips. Each bunk features a recessed niche with a sconce and outlet for reading and charging, along with drawer storage below. A built-in desk with bookcase creates a cozy study and media area, while thoughtful bathroom updates maintain privacy without sacrificing natural light. Smart storage solutions, a beadboard ceiling detail, and clean built-ins bring both practicality and character to the space.
