Q: Do I need to hire an architect for my Fort Mill remodeling project?
A: Nope- our team consists of both in-house and independent designers and engineers that we’ll work with to create detailed construction plans. However, if it seems that the level of your project requires assistance beyond our team there are several we recommend around the Fort Mill area that we can work with.
Q: Can I provide my own materials?
A: We often have clients that prefer to provide their own appliances, light fixtures, mirrors, etc. that we can install in their Fort Mill home. To ensure the most efficient construction process, however, we prefer to be responsible for collecting the building materials for your Fort Mill project.
Q: Do you offer in-house financing for Fort Mill remodeling projects?
A: We do not, however, we can refer you to several banks throughout Charlotte and surrounding areas that we recommend going through to create payment plans if needed.
