A Modern And Bold Renovation
After many years raising their children in the custom home these clients designed and built, it was time for an update. They came to us wanting a better floor plan and more open layout with ample space for their adult children and their families.
Additionally, they wanted to update the look and feel of their home to something more modern and bold. After a lengthy collaborative process with our designer, we created a one of a kind space that functions for their current needs and is a statement at every turn.
This project took home three accolades at the 2023 NARI Contractor of the Year Awards, but more importantly, produced very happy clients:

A Unique Space
Incorporating unique features throughout this project is what put the final product over the top. From the two towers in the bathroom for extra storage, to the warming drawer below the built-in coffee corner for warming mugs, this whole home renovation did not lack ingenuity.
We also made sure to incorporate a pullout drawer in the center of the vanity for the clients supplies, as well as opposite shower fixtures and a tiled floor drain in the shower.
