A great condo remodel works within the building as much as the design: plumbing that can’t move, elevators to reserve, and neighbors on every side. Here’s a closer look at real Charlotte condo kitchens and bathrooms ReVision Design + Build has designed and built, from Uptown towers to Myers Park and South End.

At Chapel Watch, this Uptown condo kitchen was reshaped into a brighter, more inviting place for daily use and entertaining. Custom storage puts the microwave, coffee maker and small appliances out of sight, while a display area gives the homeowners’ collected art and keepsakes a place to be seen. The former unusually tall counters were lowered to a standard height, and the layout added pantry storage, more prep space and a bar overhang at the pass-through.

CONDO REMODELING SERVICESTwo condo bathrooms were refreshed in distinct ways. At Chapel Watch, the underused tub and enclosed water closet were removed, and the former steam shower lost its bulky soffit to become an airy retreat with a wave-like tile niche. In Myers Park, a dated jetted tub gave way to a freestanding focal point with a marble ledge beneath the windows. That bathroom retained its original plumbing locations and added matching furniture-style vanities, linen storage, heated floors, natural marble tile, quartzite countertops and polished nickel fixtures.

BATHROOM PROJECTSThree condo kitchens show different ways to open up everyday use across Uptown and South End. At 400 North Church and in another Uptown update, removing a load-bearing dividing wall created an open connection to the living area, with a freestanding furniture-style island, window seating and a glass hutch with integrated lighting. At The Arlington in South End, high-gloss white and cloud-gray cabinets, matte black hardware, a blue mural, copper-toned glass backsplash tile and globe pendants create a cinematic contrast of light and dark.

CONDO REMODELING SERVICESAcross every condo on this page, the same things hold true: the building’s rules are part of the design brief, not an obstacle to it, so plumbing stacks, approvals, and logistics are worked out first, and the finishes and millwork do the heavy lifting inside the limits. Whether it’s a high-rise kitchen or a Myers Park bath, the goal is the same: a condo that feels custom and was built without disrupting the building.

Whether it’s one kitchen or a full-unit renovation, every condo on this page started with a conversation about how the space needed to work within the building.
