Clean Lines Only in Providence Plantation

Originally designed by architects, this home blends Japanese influence with modern Craftsman detailing—making this project unlike anything we’ve done before. What began as a shower floor leak became an opportunity to refresh both bathrooms while ensuring every update felt true to the home.

In the primary bathroom, a cherished Japanese-style soaking tub remained the centerpiece. We added a custom floating vanity with wallpapered, textured cabinetry and soft-close features, paired with a mosaic tile backsplash that extends to the floor and reappears in the shower niche. Original wood paneling was preserved to honor the home’s character.

The secondary bathroom was reworked into an en-suite for the clients’ son, while still functioning as a hall bath for guests. Wood-look porcelain tile, a floating vanity, a hanging pendant, and a repurposed original office door complete the space with quiet intention.
