Piper Glen Whole Home Remodel

When an interior designer and her husband purchased their Piper Glen home, they envisioned a sophisticated, functional retreat that reflected their family’s lifestyle and personal aesthetic. Before moving in, they partnered with our team to reimagine the kitchen, sitting room, and primary bathroom while addressing structural challenges and updating finishes throughout.

The renovation blends timeless architectural details with contemporary design, creating a sense of approachable luxury. In the kitchen, dated cabinetry and countertops were replaced with elegant materials, including a cast stone range hood, marble backsplash, and quarter-sawn white oak cabinetry. A reconfigured layout and spacious island enhance both functionality and flow.

The adjoining sitting room features a beautifully redesigned fireplace that earned Best Interior Element Under $30,000 at the 2021 Remodeler of the Year (RotY) Awards. Meanwhile, the primary bathroom was transformed into a luxurious marble retreat, featuring a freestanding tub against an antique mirrored wall, a furniture-inspired double vanity, and a spacious walk-in shower. This stunning space earned Best Bathroom Over $100,000 and the People’s Choice Award at the 2021 RotY Awards.

The result is a cohesive, multi-award-winning renovation that seamlessly combines timeless elegance, thoughtful functionality, and exceptional craftsmanship.
