Stage 1: Initial consultation
No payment. We visit your home, listen to your goals, and talk honestly about scope and expectations. You should be able to explore a remodel without opening your wallet.
Stage 2: Design Agreement
When you are ready to move forward, a design agreement reserves your position on our schedule and puts our design studio to work on your project. This is not an extra fee sitting on top of your remodel: every bit of it is credited toward your final construction contract.
Stage 3: Construction Commitment
With your design direction chosen, a construction commitment lets us finalize engineering, begin procurement, and schedule production. It represents a mutual commitment: you are committing to build, and we are committing our team and trade partners to your home.
Stage 4: Fixed-price contract
Before construction begins, you receive a fixed-price construction contract based on your completed design and selections. Everything you have paid so far is credited here, and the number you sign is the number you plan around.
