Walk on the Wild Side in Ballantyne
This Ballantyne primary bathroom was redesigned to provide greater privacy, easier maintenance, and a natural, plant-inspired aesthetic. ReVision relocated the bathroom entry to accommodate an extra-wide walk-in shower with a built-in bench and body sprays, while replacing an unused tub with a custom planter box that drains through the crawlspace to the exterior. A new transom window above the vanity brings in natural light while preserving privacy and framing views of the surrounding treetops. Cognac-toned Amazon Forest tile—with a metallic, textured finish—creates a dramatic statement in the shower, complemented by a warm wood vanity and larger-format floor tile. To balance the room’s tall ceilings, contrasting light and dark paint visually grounds the space, with rose gold Schluter trim defining the transition.
